We'll help you find the right size or style and send a replacement, or issue a full refund. Keep the original pair.
Eligibility & Details
- Applies only to your first single item of a specific product category (e.g., your first pair of underwear, your first bra).
- If you purchase a multipack for your first try, the guarantee covers one item from the pack. The remaining unopened items can be returned normally.
- For hygiene reasons, please do not return worn underwear. We will process your refund or exchange without requiring a physical return of the worn item.
- Valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
