Returns
We accept returns on both defective and non-defective products, with the following guidelines:
Only one pair of each style and size is eligible for return or exchange.
For example, if you purchase 2 pairs of Medium and 2 pairs of Large underwear, you may return one pair of each size. The remaining pairs are non-returnable.
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags and packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible products following the same rules as returns:
One pair per style/size may be exchanged.
Must be in new condition.
Must be requested within 30 days.
How to Return or Exchange
Returns and exchanges are accepted by mail only.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
No restocking fees apply.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
